I'm Xavier Sales, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, academy owner, coach, and lifelong student of the art.
For years, I've dedicated my life to helping people grow through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu not just physically, but mentally and personally as well. Through coaching students of all ages and skill levels, I've seen firsthand how BJJ can transform confidence, discipline, resilience, and everyday life.
As the founder of Alpha Jiu Jitsu Academy in Rouse Hill and Richmond, my mission has always been simple:
To create an environment where people can learn authentic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a safe, supportive, and high-level atmosphere.
Now, I'm bringing that same philosophy online. This platform is designed to help students around the world improve their Jiu-Jitsu with clear instruction, practical systems, and proven concepts that work for both beginners and advanced practitioners.
